How it works
Bubbly Finance uses physical delivery as the foundation for its price discovery. After the TGE of pre-market assets, the corresponding AMM pool will initiate the physical delivery process, where sellers collectively act as the counterparty to all buyers.
The delivery window is typically 24 hours, during which sellers must deliver their assets to buyers. The process is governed by smart contracts that follow the official delivery rules. If there are any special conditions—like vesting or non-linear structures—Bubbly’s delivery contracts will handle them seamlessly.
For instance, if 50% of sellers have vesting conditions and the other 50% do not, all buyers will receive 50% of their assets immediately, with the rest distributed according to the vesting terms.
If a seller fails to deliver within the 24-hour window, their collateral is forfeited. Buyers will either receive the delivered tokens or get their principal back, along with the seller’s forfeited collateral as compensation. The exact outcome depends on the buyer’s average purchase price—higher prices increase the chances of receiving the seller’s collateral, while lower prices lead to a full refund.
This structure ensures fairness, transparency, and security for both buyers and sellers in Bubbly's pre-market ecosystem.
